Several different meeting areas are available on the campground for guest group usage. When submitting an inquiry about hosting an event at camp, we will be able to work with you to determine which meeting area(s) will work best for your group’s purposes.
This large facility area can be divided into a maximum of 5 meeting areas. Additionally, a small stage provides ability to do large group presentations. Restrooms are located inside the building. Sound and video equipment is available as an extra request for an added fee.
Our newly constructed Children’s Ministry Building includes a meeting space upstairs. Restrooms are located on the ground floor. This meeting area works well for a small group discussion or presentation. A projector is available for usage for an added fee. Chairs are also available to set up.
A gazebo located near the bookstore provides an additional outdoor meeting space. This place works well for a small group discussion setting in the fresh air.
Our Bookstore facility (attached to the Main Tabernacle) is the perfect place for small group meetings. Named because of its usage as a bookstore during Family Camp, the space provides an additional heated/air conditioned meeting area year round. The space can be set up in a variety of ways; chairs and tables are available to organize according to your needs. A projector is available for your usage for an additional fee. Restrooms are located inside the building.
A campfire ring is available for guest groups to use at no additional cost, weather permitting. Wood is provided by the camp. If your group would like to use the campfire ring, please make this request known when you are making your inquiry, so that we are able to reserve the space for you.
