Mahaffey Camp is a great place to host your retreat, conference, or group meeting.  With a variety of housing facilities, meeting places, and meal options, it is easy and convenient to customize our facilities to fulfill your requirements.  Although we are open year-round, there are many events hosted by Mahaffey Camp that are already present on our schedule.  

Consequently, in order to find an available date, it is recommended that you make an inquiry to the camp office at least 90 days prior to your proposed usage.  After making an inquiry, our Program Coordinator will discuss with you the availability we have.  There are many different pricing options for housing, meals, and facility rental, as well as extra costs for additional requests.  Our Program Coordinator will be able to outline these pricing options and help you find the most effective set up for your event.
