Mahaffey Family Camp & Bible Conference

Family Camp 2025: Friday, July 18 – Sunday, July 27

Family Camp is our largest annual gathering. This 10-day event includes worship services, great speakers, and fun activities for the whole family!

Daily services in the Main Tabernacle, Youth Tabernacle, and Children’s Building provide spiritual enrichment for all in attendance. Family-oriented activities and events take place throughout the week.

Meals are served daily in the Dining Hall, with the Camp Store selling concession items, candy, and ice cream at lunch, dinner, and after evening service.

Dorm, RV, and Tent reservations are now being taken. Contact the camp office at (814) 277-5544 to reserve a spot!


Services at Family Camp

Services at Family Camp are provided for Adults, Teens, and Children. The full schedule of service times can be found in our Family Camp brochure.

Adult Services

Adult services are held daily in the Main Tabernacle. Services include a morning prayer meeting and healing service, morning service, and evening service. Services include special speakers, worship with a live band, and presentations by international workers.

Youth Services

Services for teens ages 13-18 are held in the Youth Tabernacle. Mornings include a prayer meeting and general service, and evenings include a general service. Services include worship with a live band, games and announcements, international workers, and a message from one of the speakers.

Children’s Services

Children’s services at Family Camp are held in the Children’s Ministry Building on the East side of camp. They include morning Bible Hour (rotation for ages 5-7 and 8-12), and Evening Services (Mission Possible Kids for ages 5-7 and Club 3:16 for ages 8-12). For ages 2-4, there is a Preschool Corner in the mornings daily.


Reservations

Our campground has housing options in dormitories, longhouses, RV sites, and tent sites available for reservation during Family Camp. Currently, there is a waiting list for Dorm 5 and Longhouse rooms. Facility rates for 2024 can be found here. To be put on the waiting list, or to book a Dorm 2 room, RV site, or tent site, please call the office at (814) 277-5544.

Dining Hall

Meals are served daily in the Dining Hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Discount tickets are available at the Welcome Center.

Camp Store

The Camp Store is open at lunch, dinner, and after evening service. The Camp Store sells a variety of concession foods, ice cream, candy, and of course – milkshakes!

Special Features at Family Camp

Christian Bookstore

The Christian Book & Gift Shop of Brookville, PA will be on site with Christian books, Bibles, cards, and a variety of other gifts for sale. Be sure to stop by to see all they have to offer! Closed on Sundays.

Camp Merchandise / Country Craft Shoppe

A variety of shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and other camp memorabilia will be available for purchase daily at the Country Craft Shoppe at Family Camp. Additionally, handmade crafts and quilts will also be available for sale.

Playground / Creation Center

Our playground is open daily for children ages 10 and under. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. Additionally, our brand-new Creation Center will be open for usage by children and their families!
